My name is Nargis and I have been a personal trainer for many years. However, even though I worked out 3 hours a day intensely and did every type of workout from P90X to running, to strength training, ab workouts, and TRX, I could not lose the last 20 lbs especially around my belly and hips. I was always tired, needed coffee just to start my day, and sluggish. I tried every diet from Atkins, to low carb, to South Beach, and moderation all with no success and I often gained more weight. I thought it was hopeless, that I didn’t have the genetics for it, and that I should just get used to being a thicker personal trainer. Until I discovered the perfect way of eating introduced to me by a very close and health conscious friend. After studying this diet p ionately and trying it for myself, I lost 25 lbs of fat, got flat abs for the first time in my life, cleared my skin, and gained tons of energy.
